Contesto is a creative studio founded in 2021. Our idea is to redefine ​​ the identity of places by integrating aesthetics with the surrounding environment. Our project stems from the desire to make elements of the past current again in communication with the present. So the pre-existing is emphasized and tradition finds a way to develop and transform itself, allowing the projects to grasp today’s living needs.

Contesto becomes a place where contamination between different fields opens the way to the development of a new living aesthetics, where the past does not represent a constraint – rather a possibility – and where sustainability is achieved through enhancement and re-actualization of matter.

Contesto offers a new interpretation of spaces through research of balance in the combination of materials, with particular attention to the study of colors, coatings and shape.

Contesto deals with interior design and development, as well as textile and sample projects through the study and recovery of archive materials and dedicated palettes. The studio also offers collaboration to companies for dedicated collections.

The Contesto spaces are also available for the organization of exhibitions and cultural events that reflect its values ​​and projects.
